Today we are proud to present Serabrezza.

This bottle encloses not only our first wine, but also the dream of making a special and great product with passion, to share with everyone.

We thought of something as simple as our land, but at the same time refined and pleasant that will impress you from the first sip. The name, Serabrezza will remind you of a cool summer evening spent with friends.

Our first Charmat rosé is made from only Salamino grapes.

It has a beautiful bright/crystalline Provençal pink color, with a fine, persistent and silky perlage.

On the nose, its bouquet is intense and complex, with notes of red fruits, slightly citrusy, which are also found in the mouth, where it is fresh, savory with a marked acidity.

A versatile wine, excellent as an aperitif, but which can accompany light and delicate dishes, perfect with the great food of our territory.
